 Hi everyone 

I found the guardian article on hyperfatigue very interesting and very true. Today almost all societies live with constant stress and anxiety for various reasons that cause this hyperfatigue. The article talks about how to combat it, through 8 tips. Which are very interesting and in practice it does work, because I have also been living with anxiety for some time and these things have already been recommended to me and it realy works.

I think it is a very interesting article and it would do a lot of good for the people who live with it to read it.

BLOG EXPERIENCE

 Hi everygone, today I m going to talk about the my blog experiencie in English course level 3.

To start I found a very good activity to work on a blog, because in addition to learning English, I was able to meet my classmates through the blog and their interests. It was a very fun and friendly way to learn English. The publication that I enjoyed writing the most was that of a family meal, because it made me remember beautiful moments with my family. But in general I ejoyed writing all the posts, there was none that made me uncomfortable writing.

I think that with the use of the blog my English did improve, because I am constantly reading and writing in English some words become more familiar and it is less difficult for you to understand them. I like to read all the posts and I found a very good activity. I think it was a very good tool to complement the teaching of English.

BBC learning english

 Today I am goin to talk about the BBC Learning English Website.  

As for the middle course, enter to see the video of session 1 "Do you need a hyphen?" Unit 1: Pop-ups

I found it quite interesting and intuitive to learn English, in this session they teach you vocabulary in English, very efficiently they teach you different words in English, it is very friendly to learn.

Medium grammar reference, session 1

In this activity, you had to make 30 grammar references guided through audio, in 6 minutes. I found it quite a fun, intuitive and very friendly activity, which makes learning much easier.

Easy Pronunciation, session 1, video "Introduction to the sounds of English"

I liked this activity a lot, I found it very interesting. A very good way to begin to understand the pronunciation in a good away

Easy Vocabulary, session 1, Unit 1: Nice to meet you!

I really liked this activity , they give you 6 minutes to listen to the vocabulary and be able to understand it, it seems like a very good way to start understanding the vocabulary in English

New review archive, Unit 1: News review, Djokovic vs Australia: Novak to stay

This part was very intuitive to be able to understand news of various kinds, I chose this one, I was interested and the activity was very good to be able to understand the news

More, Test your level, Unit 1, Session 1 

I really liked this part, it consisted of answering 15 questions to see how you are doing with respect to the english course, it is a test that helps you see how you have learned, what progress you have made and what you should improve 

Tv programme

 Hi everygone

Today I am going to talk about a Tv programme I watched as a child. This Tv show is "Courage the Cowardly dog", when i was litle I really enjoyed watching it. This Tv show was about a very shy dog who had to defend his owners from mostly paranormal situations. Its owners are two granparents, Muriel and Don Justo, the dog takes care of them in very unusual situations, but is quite cowardly. This program was given quite often on the children´s television channel.

I enjoy it a lot as a child because I was interested in paranormal or alien things and this show dealt with those topics with humor. I spent hours watching this program, I really enjoyed it, I also realy like cartoons. I really like the character of the cowardly dog, I found him very funny and cute, I also liked Don Justo´s character, he was very grumpy, he reminded me of my grandfather.

Eat

 Hello everygone, today I am going to talk about a good place to eat, this place to eat is the Argentinian barbecue, there are several branches. But the one on the Melipilla road, located in Maipú, is the best. This place is specialized in roasted meats, the have wide variety of meats, accompaniment, drinks and desserts.This place has a very nice infrastructure, it is a very large place,with green areas and various games for children, as well as a soccer field. 

I usually go on special occasions, when my family comes from the south, when there is a special celebration, such as a birthday, graduation, anniversary, etc. I usually go with my family, my girlfriend or friends. I like a lot, for the quality of its food, for not having a very expensive price, for the good attention from its workers, for the beauty of the place with large green areas. I highly recommend it to go with your families, or for any important celebration.

A Good Friend

Hello everyone, today I am going to talk about a very good friend, his name is Diego same as me. We know each other since we were litle, in elementary school, but we were from different courses, he was from B and I was from A. I knew him, because we had the same first and last name in common, but we coincided in the same course already in high school. Where we became very good friends, we went out to parties a lot, we played a lot of soccer and video games. We have many things in common, like names, we were both born and have family in Chillan, we have similar musical tastes and similar tastes in football.

We have shared may moments together when we are together with my other friends, we listen to music, we play video games or go out to play soccer. The last time I saw him was two days ago, we live very close, abaout a five minute walk. We also study at nearby universities, so we usually go together. So much of the week we see each other, and with my other friend we still live nearby.

The guardian sport: FA CUP Final´s

 I read a very interesting article in the guardian about tomorrow´s final. The final of the FA CUP, where will the manchester classic be seen, Manchester City vs Manchester United. Two teams with very good players, one team with a better season which is a the Man City that is in the Champions League final. I think that for the moment and the quality of the players, he is a favorite to win Man City. It will be an unforgettable match and very attractive for those who like soccer.

Family

 Today I am going to talk about my favourite family mealt. This was in the year 2017, in the city of Chillan, located in the south of Chile, It was my granparents´ house . This family mealt was for my grandparents´ marriage aniversary, where the whole family met, so it was very memorable. All my grandparents´ children came, my seven uncles ( Pedro, María, Estefanía, Pilar, Susana, Sandro, Sebastian), many friends, many cousins, I don´t remember very well how many there were. There were a lot of people to celebrate the 50th anniversary of my grandparents´ marriage. A very large roast was made for dinner, lot of food and drinks. 

I remember it was in july so it was very cold, we were all very warm. The important thing was that it was a great time, until the early hours of the morning celebrating. My grandpaents´ were very happy because the whole family got together, which had not happened in a long time. It was a very nice dinner where beautiful family moments were remembered. 

I don´t think I have family photo from that time, it is probable that other family members have, but anyway I leave you a photo of the beautiful landscape of Chillan.

The beautiful Norway

 Hi Mr. Higginson and classmattes.

Today I am going to talk about a country that I would like to visit very much. This country is Norway, I would like to visit it because of its geografhy, mountains, glaciers and their coastal fjords. Its nature is very amazing and beautiful, I would like to know mainly the northen lights of Norway, It is a very beautiful weather phenomenon. It is a place that I want to go yes or yes before I die.

If I could travel to Norway I really like to go with my girlfriend. She is a person I love very much and with whom he would like to visit many place around the world. The truth is that I would like to spend as much time as possible in that place, to be able to travel with a lot of time. I think there must be many places to visit there. The other place to visit would be Oslo, the capital of Norway. Because I Think it is very important to know its capital, to see its culture, its customs and its history.

The last week

 The last week I went to Chillan, located in south of Chile. I satayed for a week, took a train ride with my girlfriend and the best of all we traveled with our bikes for the first time. We arrived at my grandparents house, and during the week we went out by bicycle to travel Chillan. It was very nice to ride a bike Chillan, with the landscape of these dates. Also that it was very nice to share with my family that days. We went out to tour some parts of the ñuble region, like Pemuco, Yungay, Dañicalqui, Confluencia and Nueva Aldea. The place I liked the most was confluence,  we met the longest wooden bridge in South America, which crossed the river ñuble. It was very nice to know those places for the first time and in the company of people I love very much, it served a lot to disconnect from the chaotic of the city and be able to relax in the week of recess, to be able to return with better energies to the rest of the semester.

Holiday

The holidays that I remember the most as a child are those of Chillan. I think I was 8 years old, and we went to the thermal waters of Chillan, in the valley "Las Trancas", in September 2009. We went to my grandparents house in Chillan, on that occasion my uncles, my mother and my sister met. I remember this holiday because we had a great time as a family, connected with nature and beautiful landscapes. I remember that day in the morning it had snowed, so the landscape looked very beautiful. We stayed in some cabins for a few days, after being in the valley "Las Trancas", we went to Osorno and Valdivia, where we saw beautiful landscape. The truth was an unforgettable holiday because  beautiful moments with my family, beautiful experiences and many places were know.

Today I´m going to tell you about two photographs i like very much.

The first photo is a photo of my dog, from the first time in my home. This photo is from 2019, my dog was born very recently, so it was very small. I like this photo because it reminds my dog when he had just arrived a home, it was so small and harmless.  In that moment I did not know how important it would be for my life today.

The second photo is of a forest of Araucarias, and in the background the great Llaima volcano. This photo is from the year 2023, in my summer vacations, in the Conguillio national park, located in the south of chile, in the province of Melipeuco. This photo was taken with my drone, I really like to fly my drone,and when i look at this landscape, I thought about flying my drone. I like this photo because it reminds me of those camping days with my friends, and it was really hard to get to that place. I really like the geography of this place, whith their forest of Araucarias and the great Llaima volcano.

My name is Diego Muñoz and I´m going to tell you about a song listening to at the moment. This song is "Can´t Stop" by the american band Red Hot Chilli Peppers. On the other hand this song is a american rock from Album "By the Way" of the year 2002.

I think he first time I heard the song it was with my older brother, I was little. I don´t remember the year very well, but I heard the song i like it. I really like the melody, the sound of the guitar and the battery, also the rythm  aggressive.

The last time I´m listenning constantly this song, I enjoy listening to at the moment
